A White Metal Curved Dagger Khanjar, Oman or Yemen, 19th Century.
An Omani or Yemeni khanjar dagger featuring an elaborately curved sheath adorned with white metal panels and fine filigree work. The hilt is fitted with a wooden grip partially wrapped in metal, while the front of the sheath displays raised geometric motifs and floral designs. Five suspension rings are secured with woven cords, and the reverse is lined in green velvet textile.
